"What can I or anyone else say about FACT which has not already been said. They will run to the end of the earth and back if you need their help. I was going to say they go far above their call of duty but it is not their duty. They make it their business to care and help. My wife once said to a volunteer 'you are an angel' and her reply back was ' I'm no angel, I just care. The volunteers that run this charity should be running the country i.e. the UK and it would not be in such a mess then. I wish I was on the other side of things here but it is just not meant to be. Thank you FACT, thank you FACT and thanks again for being there when I have needed you."
